3. Dual affiliate commissions:

Your writers will continuously receive orders, either from you or from AER clients. If you are managing a small team of writers all by yourself this is very hard to achieve, and if you are unable to provide your writers with a regular supply of work they may leave you to seek work elsewhere.

For example; If you have 10 writers in your own team, and you suddenly get a massive order which has to be completed within a very short time, and you know there is no way that your team can do it. Don't worry! You will have immediate and 24hr access to all of our writers who will help you to complete your order. (We have an enormous team with more than 200 writers!!!)

You are free to add more writers to your own team by using our system and by using our name.
Once you become a premium vendor you will get a constant flow of orders from us.
All your articles need to be checked against plagiarism using Copyscape. This is a paid service but you will not bear the charges, AER will pay for it.
We hold many promotional events for our writers, such as contests, awards, competitions etc. Your writers will also be entitled to participate in those events. This raises the morale of our writers and helps to motivate them.

Question: How can I access AER orders and what will my profit margin be?

Answer: You can access our orders on our website at any time by clicking on the 'Order basket’. When you take an order from the basket for your writing team to complete then you will receive 10% of the value of that order as your profit, the remaining 90% will be retained by AER to cover writer's fees, along with other running costs.

So if you take an order worth $250 then you will make $25 profit from that order.
Don't forget, you can also use the AER writing team to complete the order if you are short of writers in your own team!

Question: If I bring orders to AER, how much profit will I get then?
Answer: You are welcome to bring your own orders to AER and use the system. You can get that done as a regular client from the same account. You will get a discount coupon that will make you good profit and will differentiate you from normal clients.

Question: Which resources will I be able to use from your system?
Answer: As an AER Vendor you are very much a part of the team. So you have the freedom to access ALL resources which belong to AER Tech Online.

Question: What are my responsibilities as part of the AER team?

Answer: You have to meet deadlines and ensure quality work from your own writing team. We have some mandatory criteria regarding the quality of the work submitted to our clients and you must follow our guidelines.

If possible, try to get regular orders from clients by producing high quality work for them.

Question: If I get my own orders, how should I prioritize them?
Answer: It is your responsibility to prioritize your workload and assign work to your writers accordingly. Your decisions should depend on the given deadlines for those orders. Obviously assignments with a nearer deadline should be completed before those which do not have to be submitted quite so soon.

Question: Can I consider my own orders as a higher priority than AER orders?
Answer: You should take all of your orders into account when deciding on the priority of particular orders. Consideration of the deadlines concerning both your own orders as well as AER orders should be taken. ALL orders should be submitted by the given deadline.

Question: How and when will I be paid?
Answer: You will receive payment after the work is approved by the client. You will get more information about this when you and your team are registered with AER.

Question: What are the criteria for joining AER team?

Answer: You can join us right now if you wish. Although you must have a minimum of five approved writers in your team to activate your account and begin working on a project with us.

Our quality analysis team will review the applications from your writers and approve them as soon as possible.

Question: The rates I charge my clients and pay my writers may differ from the rates which you charge your clients and pay your writers. How can we resolve this?
Answer: In your account you will find a wide range of categories. Just choose those for which the fees match your requirements.

Question: How can I request help from the department heads when I need it?
Answer: The AER team will do anything they can to help you, so feel free to ask for any help that you need from us. You can request help at any time by opening a ticket with our HelpDesk. We are in the process of developing a complete system which will provide specific help for every possible query. When this system is complete you will be notified via e-mail.
